ACU Alive

ACU Alive is a Creative and Performing Arts event that is held to showcase the talents of ACU students across the six campuses around Australia. The event brings together 120 students from all campuses for four days of dance, drama, music, art and fun.

ACU Alive aims to further develop the outstanding talents of students at ACU, to engage the local community around the area of the host campus, to showcase and profile ACU as a National University, to inspire students to become more than they are and to build on ACU Alive 2005 which was held on the Melbourne campus.

The event allows students the opportunity to come together and forge friendships with students from other campuses, and realise the national identity of the university by participating in a unique, cultural and inspiring event.

From the 26th- 29th of September 2007 Strathfield played host to ACU Alive, its participants and the surrounding community. Rehearsals took place throughout the first three days and on the third night a showcase was held not only for the students but for the local community. Anyone and everyone were invited to attend for what was an amazing night of talent and fun.

It is scheduled to be held again in 2011.
